Keep the public price.
Invite an eligible group privately. Your standard checkout remains the ordinary way to subscribe.
Flexible software subscriptions
Your software could be worth subscribing to—even when the standard price is out of reach. Let eligible buyers make a private bid, within terms your business approves.
Merchant enquiries open · Purchase flows in development
A bid. A merchant-approved offer.
Clear billing and renewal terms.
01 / For software makers
A private bid creates another possible purchase beside your standard checkout. You choose who can see it, the prices you can accept, and when an offer ends.

Choose the floor, duration, product and renewal terms. A bid can be accepted, countered or declined under the merchant’s rules.
A pilot should compare incremental purchases, full-price substitution and support cost. A lower price alone does not prove a better result.
02 / Explore the idea
Try a sample bid on a $20 monthly plan. This example merchant accepts $10–$16 for the first three months. The full $20 renewal price is visible from the start.
An illustration of the proposed purchase flow. No real merchant, payment, account or subscription is connected.
A real offer would show the merchant, currency, exact dates, cancellation and renewal terms before the buyer chooses to pay.
03 / Where we are
We’re looking for software makers whose product can serve an additional subscriber profitably, and who can define a group that otherwise would not buy.
The original concept and interactive preview are available here. We’re defining eligibility, terms and the smallest useful pilot with interested makers.
Bid acceptance, live billing integrations and measurement are in development. Multi-product passes and cooperative bundles are a later possibility.
Start a conversation
Tell us about your subscription product, the buyers you want to reach, and the constraints a private offer would need to respect. We’re discussing carefully scoped merchant pilots.
